FASCIAS & SOFFITS

Soffit and fascia are two complementary parts of a roof that work together to protect the home from moisture and weather damage. Soffit is the horizontal underside of a roof overhang that allows airflow into the rafters via soffit vents. Fascia is the vertical board running along the roof line that gives a finished look and supports the gutters.

PLAIN FASCIA BOARDS

A range of plain and vented soffits available in White, Black, Grey and many more colours. Vented soffits are available as either 10mm or 25mm continuous air gap equivalents.

CAPOVER FASCIA BOARDS

9mm Cappit is a flat-backed refurbishment fascia or bargeboard for overcapping existing sound timber backing. A square return leg accommodates lay-on soffits. This board requires a timber backing board to support the eaves row of tiles.

REPLACEMENT BOARD (16mm)

A 16mm thick fascia board with standard square styling that is light but strong. Fixes directly to rafter feet and bears the weight of eaves tiles and guttering without the support of a backing board or tilt fillet.

HOLLOW BOARD

Hollow soffit is a popular choice because of its attractive panelled effect and installation friendly tongue and groove profile. The hollow soffit range comes in 300mm widths with accompanying trims and ventilation accessories to ensure a neat and professional installation. Hollow soffit is 10mm thick and is available in wide range of solid colours and woodgrain finishes. Hollow Soffit is not recommended for use on external cladding applications.
